I stumbled across this review of MyWorld tonight and I loved it 
I enjoyed reading the review (and I hope the reviewer enjoyed reviewing it too )
I got to the part about multiple image selection and it got me thinking. Unfortunately the iPhone SDK doesn’t allow multiple image selection with the in-app image picker. However the built in Photos app does allow a user to select multiple images and copy them to the clipboard. The result is a new ‘Import from pasteboard” option available in the next version of MyWorld. After copying the desired images from the Photos app just use the new option to import them into MyWorld, simple
Edit: I forgot to mention, I plan on adding the same capability for videos too.

One of the new features for the next version of MyWorld is a far better filtering system. In the current version of MyWorld when you search for albums you don’t have much control over how they are searched. With the new filtering options you can now search based on a keyword (which will look in the title, place and notes fields of each album) along with people and tags associated.
When a filter is set, the pins displayed on the map, the album list and the tag count contained within the tags manager reflect these settings.

It seems a small bug appears to have slipped through testing relating to viewing photos within the application. The issue results in the correct photo not being displayed or just a black page is displayed instead of the photo.
This issue has been fixed and will be corrected in the next version, in the mean time, the photos are still saved correctly you just need to swipe left or right to the correct photo when you are wanting to view the desired photo.

The new version of MyWorld is now in the App Store. There is a temporary price reduction for 48 hours which I’m still waiting to be updated in the store so if you’re looking at purchasing the app you may want to wait just a little longer

A short while ago I wrote that the next update will contain support for the iPad. Due to some unexpected issues this will not be the case, the next update will just contain support for the iPhone/iPod Touch and specific iPad support will come at a later date.
The update will still run on the iPad but it will be running the same layout as the iPhone/iPod Touch version.

MyWorld has been briefly delayed to implement support for the iPad along with some other small extras.
MyWorld is to be resubmitted to the App Store any day now, sorry for the delay.

An update to MyWorld has been submitted to the App Store with the following new features:
- Many aspects of the app have been redesigned from scratch providing a new look and feel with easier navigation of the application
- Facebook integration
- Bump™ integration – share albums with other iPhone users by bumping phones together
- Support for clickable links and phone numbers contained within notes
- Displays map previews when performing online searches
- Support for adding people who were present at the album location
Just waiting on it being approved.

I was notified of an issue earlier today with MyWorld not correctly saving the description of locations. I have fixed this issue and submitted an update to the AppStore, which will be available for download once Apple approves the update.
